The tenants are working professionals in Luxembourg, with an age range between 20 and 40 years old.
You will share 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets between you + 8 other housemates. 3 bedrooms per floor, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet per floor.
Fully equipped kitchen with 3 fridges.
Cleaning of the common areas is done once a week.
Shared TV in the living room.
Laundry room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.
Iron is provided.
Access to the private terrace of the house.

Expenses and terms
Monthly rent is 960 EUR. All charges (water, electricity, internet, etc.) are included.
The security deposit is equivalent to two months' rent, i.e., 1920 EUR.
A 2 months' notice period is obligatory. You must inform the landlord at least 2 months in advance of your departure.
The agency fee is 480 EUR + 17% VAT, totaling 561.60 EUR.
