The tenants are working professionals in Luxembourg, with an age range between 20 and 40 years old.
You will share 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets between you + 10 other housemates.
Fully equipped kitchen. 2 cooktops, 4 fridges.
Cleaning of the common areas is done once a week.
Shared TV in the living room.
Laundry room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.
Iron is provided.
Access to the private garden of the house.

Expenses and terms
Monthly rent is 950 EUR. All charges (water, electricity, internet, etc.) are included.
The security deposit is equivalent to two months' rent, i.e., 1900 EUR.
A 2 months' notice period is obligatory. You must inform the landlord at least 2 months in advance of your departure.
The agency fee is 475 EUR + 17% VAT, totaling 555.75 EUR.

It is a 14-minute direct bus ride to Hamilius in the city center, with the bus stop located right in front of the house. There is also a direct bus to Kirchberg.
