The tenants are working professionals in Luxembourg, with an age range between 20 and 40 years old.
You will share 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets between you + 6 other housemates. There are in total 8 tenants in the house. One tenant has a bedroom with a private bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen, 3 fridges.
Cleaning of the common areas is done once a week.
Shared TV in the living room.
Laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Iron is provided.
Access to the private garden of the house.

Expenses and terms
