You will share 1 bathroom and 2 toilets between you + 4 other housemates. There are in total 8 tenants in the house. 3 tenants have rooms with private bathrooms.
Fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 fridges.
Cleaning of the common areas is done once a week.
Shared TV in the living room.
Laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Iron is provided.
Access to the private garden of the house.

Expenses and terms

It is a 19-minute direct bus ride to Hamilius in the city center, with the bus stop located 200 m from the house. There is also a direct bus to Kirchberg.
