The tenants are working professionals in Luxembourg, with an age range between 20 and 40 years old.
You will share 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets between you + 8 other housemates.
Fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 fridges.
Cleaning of the common areas is done once a week.
Shared TV in the living room.
Laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Iron is provided.
Access to the private garden of the house.

Expenses and terms
Monthly rent is 1030 EUR. All charges (water, electricity, internet, etc.) are included.
The security deposit is equivalent to two months' rent, i.e., 2060 EUR.
A 2 months' notice period is obligatory. You must inform the landlord at least 2 months in advance of your departure.
The agency fee is 515 EUR + 17% VAT, totaling 602.55 EUR.
